Broker Centrics (BCX) Back Office began in 2001 as the first fully web-based enterprise system for residential real estate brokers in the US as a partnership between Open Systems, Inc and Century 21 New Millennium, the largest C21 company in the world. It was originally known as Guru and became the back office for hundreds of brokerage firms ranging from one office start-ups to behemoths such as Prudential PenFed Realty and EXP Realty.
Former C21NM Co-Founder, Ike Broaddus, recently purchased the software platform that he helped create more than two decades earlier and renamed it BCX Back Office, streamlining the onboarding process to make it easier for Brokers to start with one module and add others if and when they are ready.
Along with the rebranding came a host of real improvements for existing customers. Back Office migrated to Amazon Web Services in 2020 which allowed us to transition to Amazon RDS for data security, EFS and S3 for more efficient file object storage, and CloudWatch for more detailed performance monitoring. The result is a faster, safer, more efficient product.
